python-dialog software package provides Python module for making simple Text/Console-mode user interfaces, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-dialog
python-dialog is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-dialog package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-dialog *
You will get with python-dialog package name, version, architecture and description in a table
